We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.
What items cannot be returned?
Digital products, and items marked down 20% off or more are considered final sale and may be ineligible for a refund.
Do you offer free returns?
We offer free returns for U.S. refunds to store credit only. For all original payment method returns the cost of the return is deducted from your final refund. For international orders, the customer is responsible for returning their items using a local carrier (Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc) and is responsible for the return shipping fees.
What if I received a damaged or defective product?
We offer 100% money back guarantee on all of our products! If your product is not 100% perfect we will offer you a full refund or replacement. We can ship you a new product at no additional cost to you. You can email our Customer Care team at any time at support@eternah.com.
