It’s hard to keep going sometimes.
And other times, it doesn’t just feel hard.
It feels impossible.
We feel like every door has closed.
Like our lives have turned upside down.
Like everything that could go wrong has gone wrong.
And we don’t see a way out.
In those moments, it becomes easy to forget.
That our Lord, the Creator of the heavens and the earth,
The Creator of the seen and unseen, is there.
Waiting for us to call upon Him.
1) When something feels completely out of your control:
حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ
“Allah is enough for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.” [3:173]
This du'a reminds you that control was never yours to begin with.
It shifts the weight from your shoulders back to where it belongs.
When to say this du'a:
2) When you feel overwhelmed and desperate:
لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
“There is no deity except You. Glory be to You. Indeed, I have been among the wrongdoers.” [21:87]
This was the du'a of Yunus عليه السلام in the depths of darkness.
It teaches you that even there, you are not beyond being answered.
When to say this du'a:
3) When you are in need of any form of goodness:
رَبِّ إِنِّى لِمَآ أَنزَلْتَ إِلَىَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍۢ فَقِيرٌۭ
“My Lord, I am in need of whatever good You send down to me.” [28:24]
This du'a comes from a place of complete need.
It opens the door to every form of good, not just what you expect.
When to say this du'a:
-
Say it when you feel empty or uncertain about what to ask for.
-
Say it when you need provision, direction, or relief.
4) When you are asking Allah to ease something difficult:
رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِ
“My Lord, expand for me my chest and ease for me my task.” [20:25-26]
This du'a asks for both inner and outer ease.
Not just for the task to change, but for you to be strengthened through it.
When to say this du'a:
5) When you want ease before something hard:
اللَّهُمَّ لَا سَهْلَ إِلَّا مَا جَعَلْتَهُ سَهْلًا، وَأَنْتَ تَجْعَلُ الْحَزْنَ إِذَا شِئْتَ سَهْلًا
“O Allah! There is nothing easy except what You make easy, and You make the difficult easy if it be Your Will.” [Hisn al-Muslim]
This du'a reminds you that ease is not in the situation.
It is in what Allah allows it to become.
When to say this du'a:
-
Say it before tests, exams, conversations, or decisions.
-
Say it when you feel fear before something ahead of you.
These du'as remind us of something important.
No matter what we are facing, we are never left without a way to turn back to Allāh.
But many of us still struggle to know what to say during different moments of life.
During hardship.
During uncertainty.
When asking for forgiveness.
When seeking protection, guidance, healing, or ease.
That’s why we’ve compiled authentic Qur’anic and Prophetic du'as into
one book, organized for every moment of life. Inside are du'as for hardship, forgiveness, anxiety, sadness, protection, travel, healing, sleep, rizq and more.
Each du'a includes:
-
Arabic, transliteration, and translation → understand what you are actually saying
-
Authentic references, virtues, and etiquettes → learn beyond memorization alone
-
QR code audio support → improve pronunciation and consistency with ease
So instead of struggling to find the right words during difficult moments, you have authentic du'as ready to return to whenever your heart needs them most.
May Allāh answer our du'as, ease what feels impossible, and remind us that no situation is beyond Him.
