Enjoy fast & free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75! Orders typically take 2-5 business days to process and leave our facility due to a high volume of orders. Once your order leaves our facility it'll be at your doorstep within 2-5 business days.

Express Shipping

We offer 1-4 day express shipping for U.S. domestic orders via UPS. Orders must be placed before 11 AM EST to leave our facility on the same business day, and will arrive in the the next 1-4 business days. Business days are Mon-Fri, not including weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM EST will leave our facility on the next business day, and will arrive to the customer on the following business day.

Canada Shipping Options

We now offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $199 USD or about $270 CAD. Standard shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and value. Orders typically take 2-5 business days to process and leave our facility. Any orders eligible for free shipping will be upgraded to express.

UK & EU

We are currently offering free shipping on orders over $199 USD to all orders in the UK & EU.

International Shipping Options

Orders typically take 2-5 business days to process and leave our facility. International shipping rates are calculated based on your order value and weight. We currently offer economy options, and express shipping via UPS for faster delivery. Shipping times vary from country to country.

Customs Fees, Duties & Taxes

Additional duties and taxes may apply at checkout or at the time of delivery for orders outside of the United States. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government for more information, or contact us for assistance.

Eternah is not responsible for any parcel(s) a customer refuses to pay customs fees for and will not refund any order which has been not been sent back to our facility. Eternah is not held responsible for any fees issued by customs which have not been paid for by the customer. Eternah is not to be held responsible for delays to your shipment due to the carrier or postal holds issued by your country.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

There is a $12 restocking fee per item if not in original condition.

What items cannot be returned?

Digital products, and items marked down 20% off or more are considered final sale and may be ineligible for a refund.

Do you offer free returns?

We offer free returns for U.S. refunds to store credit only. For all original payment method returns the cost of the return is deducted from your final refund. For international orders, the customer is responsible for returning their items using a local carrier (Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc) and is responsible for the return shipping fees.

What if I received a damaged or defective product?

We offer 100% money back guarantee on all of our products! If your product is not 100% perfect we will offer you a full refund or replacement. We can ship you a new product at no additional cost to you. You can email our support team at any time at hello@eternah.com.
